Relationship between Master Fader and Buss 1 in SONAR...

Has anyone been able to work out how the Master fader is related to the busses in SONAR? I have been seeing some weird behavior. If I move the current Buss 1 to another location sometimes it continues to be controlled by the Master fader, sometimes it doesn't. I have also seen where sometimes fader 1 is also locked to the Master fader and sometimes its not.

So far I haven't been able to find a repeatable pattern that might help me understand the relationship of the Master fader to other busses and faders. I wish that I could just assign the Master fader to a specific buss and have it ALWAYS control that buss and not also lock to other faders. I guessing that might present problems because the buss designated as Master also have Effects & EQ that need to be accessible from the control surface.

I think a good solution would be to add the option to exclude the Master buss from the bank +/- operations. Then if you need to make changes to the Master buss you could simply use the 'Move V-700 here' feature via a right-click or simply disable the exclude option.
