Drum Maps no longer showing

In the drum map manager Sonar 6 PE presets is now empty for some reason even tho theres a folder full of them in My documents/user name/application data etc. cant understand what I've done here to stop them showing up and theres no load drum map feature that I can find, I even had some I created but there all gone now.
Any help appreciated.

Make sure the folder in Options>Global>Folders is pointing at the right location of your drum maps.

Are the drum maps actually in the directory Sonar is pointing at when you explore the directory in Windows?

I had to copy my custom EZD drum map from my S6 drum map directory to the S7 directory.

I had a similar issue. Assuming you're on XP like me, my problem was due to the drum maps folder having the 'compress files to save space' option enabled in XP. I'd created a few new drum maps and they did NOT have that option, and I could see them just fine in Sonar 6.2. I un-clicked that 'compress files' option and all the drum maps re-appeared. Had the same problem with project templates folder.

Note that on my PC the compressed files showed up in blue; non-compressed in black. That's what tipped me off.

Thanks Sailorman I'll give that a look when I get home, this sounds a possibility as I created a new drum map yesterday and it appears in the drum map manager as well as the folder along with all the supplied DM's.

Looks like you were bang on Sailorman, It was all the drum maps in the folder. if I went to properties/ advanced for all the ones I want to show, then unticked compress and ready for archiving then just those ones show as presets in the drum map manager.
    So thanks for that advice.
    I'm good now.

glad to assist; that problem had me going for awhile. I contacted support, and they got back to me, but I stumbled across the fix on my own. FYI, I also had the problem with project templates (I'd just see Normal and that was blank). I turned off the compress option and that fixed it. Strange that other folders like track templates seemed to be OK. wierd...
