You'll be better off researching how D&B is produced. The subject is to expansive to try to cover here. This is not simply a Kinetic issue. As for plug-ins... there is no magic bullet for what types to use. Music production is subjective and is about your individual talents and your ability to fuse various sounds and playing techniques into a cohesive piece of music.
You also need to learn about eqing techniques and mixing. Again, this is something you'll have to research and experiment with. As for the drums and bass loops clashing... this is likely due to the fact that a number of D&B drum loops contain some low frequency material which is in the bass range. 808 kick drums when mapped across a keyboard for example... can be played like a synth bass.
The low frequency bass sounds in the drum loops are being played at a certain pitch the same as a synth bass sound is. When playing a drum loop with bass in it and you're also playing a bass loop; It's like playing 2 bass sounds at the same time. Low frequency sounds will more easily clash especially if they're not in the same key.
