as long as you realize the i3 530 is pretty slow then it looks ok the point to buying the i3 is it has onboard graphics making the build cheap i dont think that mobo has the right chipset for that plus you are buying a video card. i would do an i5 750 far better processor

The advantage of going with a firm like ADK (which I did), or Jim Roseberry, is that they know the components that work well together. The cost is a bit higher, but for non-DYI, IMO paying for their expertise is money well spent (not to mention the service, should something go wrong).

You may want to consider a larger PSU if you are moving the UAD cards across.
