edit in PRV: how to sync controller data with note starts when quantizing?

Hmmm... if it's  a single controller message, you can just uncheck Only Notes and Lyrics, and controllers close to note starts should move the same way, but when you have series of controllers, I think you're going to be out of luck trying to quantize the notes and have the controllers move with them, but not all be quantized toward the the same grid point.
 
You might just have to lasso and drag controller groups separately after quantizing the notes. You could keep an unquantized track to use as a guide for what the relationship was between the notes and controllers before quantizing.
