Color Schemes

As soon as some of you who are skilled with color scheme have some prepared, I sure wish you would post them.  I don't know if anything can be done about the Gray text on Gray or black background but these old eyes have a terrible time with these low contrast schemes the GUI designers are coming up with.  I have the same problem with the Toontrack guys and I'm always harping about it to them too.

I thought someone from Cakewalk had posted that X1 would offer some colour schemes and one of them would be to revert to "classic" - ie 8.5

    Or did I dream it?

'Cause I sure haven't found it yet

Mod, thanks for the comments.  The new color schemes have been a major concern for me (corrected "eyesight" is way off the charts bad - literally), and no one from CW said much about the new color scheme details, except "some" of the colors could still be changed - whatever that means.

From what you describe, there is absolutely no way I could even begin to try to read those items.

Hopefully, those font and background colors can be changed - if not...
