Crossgrade from another DAW?

Hi All.

 Is there any crossgrade offer for another DAW like Cubase 8 Pro?

    I did not get a deal when I purchased CW PRO.
     
    Why should someone who has paid another company full price get a discount?
     
    Never could understand that approach to acquiring new customers.
