New CCC1.1 problem with saving download path (can't repro problem all works)

I have all my installers on a shared drive on my Studio PC. It's on a Gigabit network along with my Laptop and other devices.

To update my Laptop I had the previous CCC point to the download path on my Studio PC and would save the download time for any updates which was a great way to do it. CCC would look at the path, find the installer, validate it and run.

With this latest version of CCC1.1 it doesn't allow me to select this folder for my downloads from my Network connected Laptop.

When I try to save this for the CCC1.1 on my Laptop, I get an error and the path is not saved. In fact whether I answer Yes or No to the error the setting is not saved and CCC closes.

Previous to this it wasn't a problem.
If that can't be fixed, how do I roll back to the previous CCC?

Today as I've started to do some troubleshooting the problem no longer occurs.

The only thing I can put it down to is perhaps I had too much network traffic but you would think that a gigabit network wouldn't be bothered by a bit of traffic through a managed switch.

Any way so for now its fixed,

if it can't be reproduced, then I'm considering the problem closed.  if it happens again and you have more info, feel free to start a new thread.  thanks
