OMG, only 2 weeks left? Panic! I hope Cleverbridge get more clever (Resolved-they are!)

When I got the first mail telling of the $99 Pay One-time extension deal I clicked through to take advantage of it.
 
Like other people, I got the "Payment not authorized" message. Some folks said they got billed anyway, so I decided to wait for my month-end credit card bill to arrive. None came. But I didn't worry, I have until the end of March, right?
 
Now suddenly I have only 2 weeks left, so in some panic I ordered again this morining. Again, "Payment not authorized". I decided to write down my steps and ordered again. I notice I got a different "case number" each time. I really hope I don't get billed 3 times now....
 
2 weeks ago I ordered Melodyne Studio 4, so my credit card is fine. And anyway, I got Sonar Platinum without a problem. The problem is clearly Cleverbridge.
 
I sent them a problem report and got a mail that they will come back to me in 24 hours. I really hope so.
 
Anyone else having difficulty?

    It's actually more likely to get the attention of a Baker here.
     
    PS: Editing the title to something like "I'm trying to renew but it's not working! Help needed..."
     
    That way they know it's a payment problem. Just a thought. Good luck.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble with the CW store. I just checked AudioDeluxe and Sweetwater both have the renewal listed at the sale price. I am sure there are others.

    Thanks for the responses.
    I thought Teacher was putting me in the corner with a Dunce cap for posting such a useless subject line.
     
    Cleverbridge came back and said they don't know why it was rejected and for security reasons the credit card company won't tell them.
     
    But they suggested Wired Transfer, which I clicked on, and the payment method offered is by pay-in slip, something that is far more common here than credit card payment.
     
    So I went to my bank with the printed-out invoice, filled in a pay-in slip and gave it in at the counter.
     
    The fact that they took my locality, gave me the address of a local bank and the locally common way of payment (even telling me how to do it - automated, I don't think anyone sat there typing this especially for me) is actually quite impressive.
     
    Clever after all!
     
    The money should arrive in 2-4 days.
    I got myself another year of Sonar secured.

    I want to have it cancelled anyway. I never felt comfortable with it.
    I only got it because I couldn't get updates from Thomann anymore.
    I can buy Sonar this way, it's better.

    Can't get the iZotope Ozone 7 update from Thomann anymore, either. (I got 4-5 update OK back when)
     
    I asked at iZotope and they recommended another German company, but they turned out only to sell to dealers.
     
    Not serious - stops me spending too much money.

    The more I hear the more I am glad that I decided to take the plunge to ProTools and Avid. My $99 subscription is all fubared and I had to threaten legal action to get the monthly subscription stopped with stupidbridge.
     
    Good luck but it is looking more and more like Cakewalk is taking a walk off the gang plank.....can't say I will be sorry to see them go under and at this rate it won't take long.
