Monthly Cleverbridge Payment

Can someone please tell me: I have paid in full for the next year, but I need to know, do I manually stop the monthly payments or will they stop automatically? I usually pay monthly but took advantage of the reduced payment as a one off for the following year.

    If you go yearly after having been on monthly membership, you have to manually cancel the monthly..

    Find your most recent confirmation email from Cleverbridge that resulted from you making your most recent monthly payment.  In there you will find a link that says, "Cancel your subscription for "SONAR Platinum (Pay Monthly)".  You will have to scroll down in the body of the message to find this.

    If you do not do this, Cleverbridge will continue to bill you for a monthly membership (which you won't need because you are now on yearly membership).

    This is what I did and the transition from monthly membership to yearly membership went smoothly. I no longer receive monthly membership bills from Cleverbridge.
