Hi - I am moving this thread over to the Store forum, where they will likely see this thread quicker, and that is also the place for this kind of issue.
The Cakewalk folks have tried to assist folks with Store/Purchase/Account/Email/Logon types of issues in an expedited manner, so hopefully this will get cleared up for you quickly.
I would also suggest you contact technical support for assistance, either via email or phone, since all of these forums are actually user forums, though Cakewalk staff VERY often read and jump in to respond and assist folks - even over weekends (frequently).
