TTSSEQ.INI location

From another thread I've been advised to edit this file however I can't find it on my computer. Does anyone exactly know where it should be located? The Program Folders\Cakewalk directory doesn't show it

    If you are using windows 7:
     
    C:\users\(your user name)\Appdata\roaming\cakewalk\(your sonar version)\
