Contacting Support
I can't speak for everyone and I am sure their are plenty of customers that have had good experiences with being able to contact support. I unfortunately am not one of them.
I have tried 4 times to contact support through the phone and through email and I have been unable to talk to anyone or have had anyone answer my questions regarding my account. I am not sure if they are just experiencing issues with support but I think this is a big failure on their part.
I am a huge fan of Sonar and have been a loyal customer since the 90's when I purchased cakewalk pro audio 9. Cakewalk needs a lot more improvement on their ability to be able to communicate with customers that are having account issues either by phone or email.
I can only hope that they improve their avenues of customer support.
