Contacting Support

I can't speak for everyone and I am sure their are plenty of customers that have had good experiences with being able to contact support. I unfortunately am not one of them.
 
I have tried 4 times to contact support through the phone and through email and I have been unable to talk to anyone or have had anyone answer my questions regarding my account. I am not sure if they are just experiencing issues with support but I think this is a big failure on their part.
 
I am a huge fan of Sonar and have been a loyal customer since the 90's when I purchased cakewalk pro audio 9. Cakewalk needs a lot more improvement on their ability to be able to communicate with customers that are having account issues either by phone or email.
 
I can only hope that they improve their avenues of customer support.

    1st off, make sure your following the correct links. cakewalk has rebuilt many support links recently.

    why not try asking your question here ?
    I don't see you made any other posts inquiring any help.
     
    it doesn't take a way from the fact support might be a little slow lately  if indeed they are. I don't know TBH.
    but rather then waiting, why not try and solve your issue here ?
