Problems renewing sonar - Support extremely slow at responding
Hello,
I am having a lot of problems, I started to pay the monthly subscription of Sonar at around 14 dollars 11 months ago. On the 11th month, my credit card expired, I added the new one but the cakewalk system did not take the payment and put my sonar platinum on "Demo" mode. I have emailed multiple times their support who are telling to add my credit card to the company who takes care of their gateway but I am not understanding how and also why there is a credit card area in my cakewalk account if cakewalk does not use it to take the payments.
Now my worry is, because they have been extremelly slow with the replies(average 2 to 3 weeks delay per query), I am afraid to renew the subscription with a higher monthly fee. What to do? I am extremelly disappointed I have to say as I cannot work anymore and only had to pay a single payment to keep the software running.....
Please help as noone seems to be able to help me.
