RP interface idea (record/save/recall vector mixer paths)

While I'm on a new feature roll, how about allowing the recording, editing, saving, and loading of vector mixer paths?  I understand that these can be recorded as midi data, but it's rather awkward to work with this data when developing sounds.  As other dynamic elements can be saved and recalled (arp patterns, waveforms, envelopes, etc.) why not make this available to sound designers as well as performers?  XY too for that matter.
