Z3TA+ 2 not showing in CCC

Z3TA+ 2 not showing in CCC

I'm on OS X 10.10 el capitan and CA-2A i bought it 2nd hand, registered the serial and received the registration/activation code but its simply not showing in CCC what are the possible reasons for this?

    when you say 2nd hand , are you sure the other person hadn't registered it previously ? . can you log into your account on the website and see if it lists it in your downloads ?
     
    just a thought.. not a mac head , so can't go into specifics.. I would contact their support also though.

    Yes contacted the person who sold it, it turns out it has never been registered so essentially it's brand new. Yes it shows in the "my products" page in my account alongside the latter CA-2A that was handed out free. Funnily enough this shows fine in my CCC

    Just a small bump, I contacted support and not heard back, just needing a little assistance, simply can't figure it out

    It doesn't just serial and registration code, when I click Z3ta+2 it takes me to the download page where it gives me version 2.1.2

    That version does not have a Command Center installer. The current version (which does have a Command Center  installer) is 2.2.120. I suspect the version added to our account was based on the serial number and the number you purchased was old. Z3TA+2 v2.2 has a different serial number series. If this was not purchased from an authorized reseller, it is up to Cakewalk to make the determination whether to upgrade it to the new version or not.

    Ah ok, how would I go about upgrading? Or do I just buy it outright again from a reseller?

    If this was purchased from Cakewalk directly, you would have received the latest version. Authorized resellers do not provide serial numbers, they provide a redemption code which is used on the Cakewalk site to receive the current version. It is possible Cakewalk will upgrade it to the current version, I cannot say how they will handle your case.
