Connected products not showing in command centre

Hi Guys
 
I decided to take the plunge last night and upgrade to Platinum from X2, looking forward to getting my teeth into it. 
 
One problem, none of purchased products (including Platinum) are showing in the command centre. I would assume this would happen almost instant? I've installed command centre and restarted my machine a good few times. 
 
This is my first time looking at these forums, looks like a great community.

    All my previous purchased products are in there, but not the platinum upgrade which I have just bought. I have email confirmation to confirm that the purchase definitely went through.
