Failed payment system, leaving me with a dead software state
I have a new credit card with a chip on it, and Sonar's auto-pay needed to update the new expiry date and three-digit code.
I did that two weekx ago, and the screen stuff said that it all worked, with, though, this vague language about I would "be notified at the relevant time" or whatnot.
So ten days counted down on my warning when I launched Sonar, and today it expired and put me in demo mode.
I tried to call Cakewalk, but of course there are no phone connections available. So I wrote them, and of course just got a ticket number. My software is now in DEMO mode, and I can't connect with my DAW company by any means.
So I updated via PayPal. Same notice. Some reference to future fulfillment, and no immediate registration. Am I missing something here, or is Sonar off the track with idiocy?
THAT will send me to Samplitude or ProTools with such haste that your head would spin. This is ridiculous. No studio could sustain this weak support.
