Melodyne no where to be found..
Hello, I'm new today the forum, but a long time sonar user. I just upgraded to Platinum from X2 ( even bought a new i7 computer today do stand alone production), the issue is...
I cannot find Melodyne on my command center.
And it's definitely not downloaded today my computer. Anyone else had this issue? Thanks in advance... Happy New Year

My guess is Cakewalk ran out of serial numbers. This has happened before typically at the end of a sale on a holiday (just like this one). It usually takes a couple of business days for the situation to get corrected. If Melodyne does not appear early this week, contact order support using the "CONTACT EMAIL SUPPORT" button at the bottom of this page.

Have you expanded the Sonar section in command center to show hidden products ?
Click on the word Sonar. Also you might be able to click the gear icon in command center preferences and click "Check now".

I did expand in command center, thanks Chuck, for the tip though. I'll wait a few days and see whats up then scook, thanks

I did not receive Melodyne either, and I was told that Guitar Rig was also included, but I never received. I have checked several times over the past few days, but no further updates. I did open a case, Case Number 336294. I saw somewhere to respond with the case number in the forum

Guitar Rig has not been bundled with SONAR for years (IIRC, X1 was the last version to include Guitar Rig 4 LE). A special version of Overloud TH3 (TH3 Cakewalk) is bundled with SONAR.

We ran out of Melodyne serial numbers a few days ago. We're waiting for more from Celemony. As soon as we get them we'll be issuing to accounts that are missing them.

Scook, thank you for the information. I thought that may be what was going on. I was told by someone who had purchased it was still bundled, but they were obviously mistaken. Ryan, thank you. I'll check for that when I get home this evening.

Melodyne was available in my Cakewalk Console last evening and I was able to download and install with no issues. Thanks again Ryan.
