finally got back in...
Played the "Vagina Room" at Olafs in Ballard last night.
Zenith or nadir of my career?

At our age, just getting into the Vagina Room is an accomplishment, even if it's over too soon. OTOH, it's in Ballard.
Don't feel bad, though. My new gig is in a sports bar in South Everett, setting up in front of the dart machines (which we unplug lest the drunks be tempted to toss projectiles past our heads). To be sure, it's no Vagina Room. But then it's not Ballard, either.
 All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff

One of these days (when I can afford the gas - lol) I'll need to drive the 160 miles up there to watch a gig. I used to love going out to live gigs, but most of them around here are of the five band, 30-minute variety - bleh.
