flashing cross

flashing cross

not sure what I did.  just meant to press the space bar and play the project.  Now I've got a flashing cross and vertical line on a track.  What did I do and how can I make it stop?

It's just gettin' better an better

    Is it an upside down cross? If it is, GET OUT!!!!!  (In a very raspy deep low voice)

    Restart sonar. I had that one time and I forgot what I did. Ill remember eventually

    Other than the "Free Edit" cursor (which it could be), I too have seen a weird cross like graphic happen that always seemed to be after some bug was encountered and a reboot fixed.
     
    But it could be the Free Edit cursor as well.
