for some reason i cannot drag/drop audio files anymore!

any ideas?
if i drag an audio file from windows explorer i cannot drop it in sonar platinum, even if i drop it in an audio track.
everything works if i choose file->import but it's vey annoying!

    Windows does not permit drag and drop from the OS to an application if the application is running as administrator. Drag and drop into a project always works from the SONAR media browser.

    Works here very well on 4 computers, and this are all administrator-accounts.
    I do this several times a day.
    Is it possible to drag and drop from windows explorer to a second windows explorer or to the desktop?
    Do you see the drag-and-drop-icon when you move the file to SONAR?

    Using administrator accounts is not the same as explicitly running a program as administrator

    To add to this, you can set the Desktop as one of the Browser's locations This saves a lot of time when you want to drag files into a project from the desktop because you can access the desktop while within SONAR.
     
    The more I use the Browser...the more I use the Browser. The key is setting up custom locations for Browsing.
