free upgrade - password doesn't work

I reset it & the one they send me for the Cake store doesn't work. I need to log in there to get the free upgrade. Any ideas? Thanks.

    That's weird. Only thing I can think of is that those passwords are case sensitive. Have you tried that?

    Thanks. I just typed it instead of cut & paste & that worked. Now...they sent my registration # but no link for the upgrade??

    Yeah, cut and paste won't work for that type of thing. It's to prevent hackers and counterfeiters from screwing around. As far as the upgrade link a few people seem to be having the same problem. If it doesn't show up by monday call Cake support or put in an support email ticket today. Cheers.

    Go online to Cakewalk.com and go to the Calkwalk store.  Once you sign in your will see your account in the store and all of the software, serial numbers and reg codes for all of your software that require this information.

    Just copy and paste the correct reg code or serial number for your product.
