frequent crashes

With one piece in particular I am experience very frequent crashes of X3.  There are 12 midi and 3 audio tracks.  It happens when I place transport at a place other than beginning.  I'm wondering if I can set something in preferences that will reduce the odds of crash.  By the way when it does it shows as running in the task manager for over 5 minutes.  I am unable to terminate the system.  A more sophisticated task manager program indicates that it is running an "exiting process" and even it is unable to terminate it.  But that's all a sidebar.

Any thoughts out there?

Eric

It's X3a Build 209.  I see that there is a Sonar X3e which will cover all prior updates (b, c and d).  So I am betting that will do it.

Crashes are happening ever more frequently.

Definitely start with the update to X3e.  It fixed a lot of crash issues.
