Title already says it ... the global FX button does not disable all FX, some ProChannels remain active
 
I stumbled across discussions that this has been happening for a while (I only realized today), probably reported also as bug report back then but not yet fixed

BTW, I use the MixRecall feature to work around this (but it takes longer do execute)
