It depends on how you saved it.
If you applied the EQ via Process, this is a destructive edit. The original wav has been permanently altered.
If, on the other hand, you saved it via Bounce or Export, a new wav has been created, and the original is still safe in your project files.
For this reason, I tend to avoid the process menu, and leave all effects active in the FX bin or a bus, until I am ready to export. If you overcook something, you can always go back.

As RobertB said... if you applied the audio FX and saved it and then closed the program.....  the undo list was cleared and you can not go back.

You can always UNDO while you are in a project...I think it's possible to undo the last 99 events.

At least for me, when I close a project, that undo list goes away.

And yes... the last sentence in post #2 is worth remembering.

As a long time user, I do have some things that I choose to edit destructively on the spot and know that I am committing a non-reversible event...... but I intend to do that.
