guitar connection rip off

I purchased $28 worth of merchandise from Guitar Connection and was charged thru my bank. That was in Oct. I called in Nov. and was told my stuff was in the mail. In Dec. after still not receiving anything I called and was told it was on back order. 2 weeks ago I was told it was on over nite delivery.  I've been calling this week(leaving my Ph No) but  get an answering machine. guitar connection

    I've never heard of them, but I would call my bank and dispute the charge immediately.

    Maybe your address "in a van down by the river" threw them?
