guitar tracks pro 3 , with windows 7 64 bit version

G'day , just got a hp quad core laptop, i7 1 terrabite dedicated grapichs, 4 gig ram etc
and windows  7 (64 bit version) will guitar tracks pro 3 or 4 run on this system?
Im also looking for a unit to plug my guitar into and then to usb for the laptop...
any ideas... needs to run on 64 bit windows..

    Milo----I use Win 7 64 bit on GTP 4 without any issues. I believe there is an update for this software also. As far as guitar interface, I sometimes use M-Audio fast track, or my Line 6 pocket pod. Most of the time the pocket pod

    I've been running GTP4 on Windows 7x64, for almost a year now, never had an issue, I even have Sonar 8.5 PE on the same machine. I only play around, but my 2.20 GHz Intel Duo handles small projects just fine. As far as interfaces, the ones mentioned above are good, I am using the UA-1G from Cakewalk, and it installed in minutes, like i said I just use it for guitar, and have no issues with any of it! Maybe check out Presonus audio box, and UA-4FX-both have midi in and out as well for $149.00-$139.00 at Sweetwater.

    thanks guys , nice to know it can run on 64 bit windows.. just have to see what my local music shop can do for me, its been 3 years since i last picked up my guitar , thought i should try  again..
