this is not an answer to your question .
I went to KvR and found none.? ?

I have copied a single not line to another track and used sound forge to tweek the part using using the pitch shift in Sound Forge. then combined them in to a composite track. saving the original tracks just incase....
    good luck

I have been looking for one of these for years. The bottom line is that there is no quality VST or DX plug that currently does this.

Would akai's decabuddy work? it creates harmonies for voice so i'm sure it could for guitars aswell.I've never used it for this so i'm just guessing.

melodyne would be able to handle that pretty easily i would think. their video demo shows them altering a trumpet line and the result is very believable

Even the hardware harmonizers (at least through the Eventide 3000 series) were pretty glitchy with chords.
