help im lost

Someone please help me......Ive installed GTP....seems to work fine...But when I record, The playback is faster than the record. Ive tried setting tempo. but even when I record at lowerd tempos . it still plays back at higher speeds .....ANYONE?

    Hi there Joe and welcome to the forum.

    We need a bit more information to go on here but it does sound like a tempo settings related question.

    1. Is your version GTPro2 or GTPro3?

    2. How and what are you recording - is it just your guitar straight into GT?

    3. If you're just recording your guitar, what are you using to keep time to - the metronome, a drum loop in GT or an external device [maybe a drummer or a mechanical metronome].

    This should give us something to work with.

    Could be a mismatched sample rate - what soundcard do you have?
