help me, please.. After that Fantom-VS Firmware..

My Fantom-VS is no sound.
It about this problem I sent E-mail to Cakewalk.
Cakewalk said please make sure you've implemented the most recent firmware update for your hardware.
 
So I tried firmware.
But........
 
After that 700 is not active my computer.
VS-700R's Input LED is blinking.
 
What should I do?

    Study the instructions and do it over. It's impossible to see what you did wrong with that amount of information>

    The Cakewalk VS700 tech support is amazing. I had the same no sound from Fantom issue. I pulled my hair for over three hours. Then I maned up and called. Tech support Ryan sent me a hotfix file. Walked me thru the install and had me up and running in about 15mins. I love these guys!
