Could be one (or a combination) of several things. Earth loop, dodgy electronic component(s) or connection(s), poorly suppressed motor, etc.

Check all of your electrical & audio connections, isolate your audio equipment to a separate poweer source, remove everything from the signal path & add things one at a time until you find the source of the buzz.

How close is the mixer to the monitor? The computer?

Is the buzz recorded? Try muting all tracks and turning down the volume on all FX sends and stuff like that. Use your direct outs on the individual channels and try to make the signal path as short as possible.
