help with command center

hi, i just started with sonar platinum and i'm trying to find my way around.  
i have no idea how to download something called THE HOPKINTON UPDATE in the command center. when i click on it i'm taken to my account page however, i can't find the download link. please tell me what i'm missing.

    Log out and log into CCC.
    Go to CCC settings and refresh.
    You are looking for red traffic lights.
