help with "final" mix

hello everyone, as you can see this is what I have so far, it seems that platinum is a bit different then X-2 with bouncing tracks to a stereo track to send/save and make an Mp3 or WAV file. what I need to know is how do I take everything I've recorded, make one stereo track then export it? I know to most of you this is a real dumb ass question, however, i'm at a loss. thanks" />

First: Edit -> Select -> Select None

Second: File -> Export Audio -> What You Hear

Hi. I normally use Ctrl+A (choose all), Tracks (the menu in Track View), Bounce to track(s). Solo that track, and choose file, export audio. In source category, choose Tracks. Hope it helps.
    All the best.

As an alternative to the advice given by dcumpian (who certainly knows his stuff ):

    1. Unsolo your Master Buss
    2. Ctrl + a (or ctrl + shift + a - they do exactly the same thing for this purpose)
    3. File > Export > Audio > Hardware Outputs
Select whatever options you want from the Export dialog box,

The above settings are typical for preparing a mix for mastering.
If you want to burn to CD, change the bit depth to 16 and select a Dithering algorithm

Note that the destination defaults to the setting in Presets > File > Folder Locations > Wave Files

The text box under Source Hardware Outputs might show more than one set of Hardware Outputs depending on how many are exposed/routed in Sonar. If this is the case, only select ONE of them.

Well, we can agree that there is no shortage of ways to do it, lol.

thank you all for your advice, things are pretty much the same with platinum as X-2.
one other question, has anyone ever heard of SONARWORKS HEADPHONE CALIBRATING? i downloaded the free trial and have used this on one of the headphones they listed, AKG K-240. i don't hear any difference. i'm also wondering about their service of buying the cans from them and having them calibrate them new. it all sounds kind of hokey to me.
