help with track templates

Hi all, have been a long time user of track templates for setting up default instruments. mainly they are set up as MIDI Instrument and Instrument Audio Output track. sometimes there would be more MIDI tracks per instrument but there will always be only one Audio output track configured in stereo.

the Track Templates are working fine however, there are always inconsistencies with the icon sizes even though i have them all as 90x90 .BMP files. (even changing them to 128x128 .BMP makes no difference.) the sizes of the icons are so inconsistent that loading the same instrument template twice in the same project, i'll get different sized icons.

also another thing is that i noticed the controller knobs, located below the Instruments, on the Synth Panel are not saved with these Track Templates.

BTW, i am on X1D. intel i7 3770, M-audio Fast Track Pro.
