hey Ryan, could you help me please.

  I just upgraded to windows 7 64 bit and it seems when I try to install x1 64bit, it says some of my files are corrupt. I can't find the download link to my X1 install files.  When I go to my account, there is not download link. There is for 8.5, but no X1. Can you halp me please.  Thanks allot

    Hi Dan,


    I see a SONAR X1 Producer registration but no reference of an actual purchase directly from us. Did you purchase the upgrade elsewhere as physical media? If that's the case, it's normal to not have download links in your account.


    If you purchased the download version directly from us, shoot me a private message with your order number and I'll investigate further.

    Sigh, I've purchased everything cakewalk related from cakewalk, starting with Pro audio 9.  I don't have my old email because of my upgrade and purchase of the new computer.  HELP !!!

    Hi Dan,

    If you ordered it from us directly I'm sure we can locate it, I was just letting you know that I, myself personally, wasn't able to find the record. If it was purchased elsewhere (Sweetwater, Guitar Center, Sam Ash, etc.) then this would explain why there are no download links. I was just hoping to clear that up.

    You can always give our Customer Service department a ring and they can get you squared away.

    If you have personal info copied to a notepad, send it to me in a private message so we don't have to post sensitive information publicly.
