high quality audio stretch available for Sonar 3?

 
Wondering if there is an audio stretch plugin available that will work with Sonar 3 Producer? This would be for stretching audio clips within a Sonar project. The built-in Process: Length command is nowhere near the quality/resolution I am wanting so I'm assuming I need to buy something 3rd party. Any suggestions? thanks
