how do you upgrade the unit from 1.30 to 1.5 and then 2.0?

how do you upgrade the unit from 1.30 to 1.5 and then 2.0?

i am on a macbook pro.

i have 1.30 on the unit, it is USB connected to the laptop.

i downloaded the 1.5 file but its some weird smf thing and i have to select MIDI or control and point a file somewhere for the files????

does anyone know how i upgrade the unit to 1.5??

the 2.0 seems like its an easy installer PKG file

i have run the 1.5 every way i can think of and the unit is still 1.3

any help would be great, i have both manuals i could find and none of them show you how to upgrade the 1.5 or 2.0 version

    not sure what the problem is with installing the 1.5 firmware update, but make sure that's installed before trying to install the 2.0 drivers. the new drivers will not work w/o the 1.5 firmware.
