how to add track to track pane in PRV?

How does one add a track to the track pane now?
We used to use the "tracks" drop down to select but the new menu doesn't seem to have it.
May be more obvious than I think but I can't find it in local documentation so thanks in advance for your help.

    Ctrl-Shift-A adds an audio track
    Ctrl-Shift-M adds a Midi track
     
    But you can right-click in any blank part of the track pane and the pop-up menu has options for adding tracks.

    Hey Jim, I don't mean adding a new track...I mean an existing track.
    One used to be able to select tracks to be added to the track pane by clicking on the tracks button.
