how to convert into a wav file some measures of a sonar projet?

hi
i am using sonar x1 studio 
in order to create loops, i would like to convert into a wav file some measures of a sonar projet and not the whole project.
any idea?

    Select the tracks and measures that you want to be included
    File menu
    select Export
    select Audio

    You can also slip edit the clips in SONAR to the desired start and end points and then click Ctrl + L to turn it into a loop. That is if you want to use it as a loop in that project and not another.
