how to extract a groove ??

i used a drum loop to set the tempo of a song.   now i find i dont like that loop any longer.  i found another loop that i like much better but it's a bit off tempo.

how can i get it to match tempo of the original loop tempo ?   is this where i'd use audiosnap ?  extract a groove ?  how to do?  i can't figure it out.
