how to have splash screen X1 Essentials to show user, ect

previous splash screens on version 6-8.5 all showed user info.
 
now upgrade to x1 essentials doesn't show it.
 
nor on "my account section does it show reg code and serial number although i save them in emails and print them out two.

    You got me curious, so I though I'd check. I don't recall ever seeing that info on the splash screen.
    Sure enough, SHS6, Sonar 8.3, MC5, and P5(all active) show just a bare splash screen.
    However, if you click Help> About Sonar(or appropriate version), you get a splash screen with version, licensed user, and serial number. The reg code is not shown, for obvious reasons.
    It should be listed in your account, though. If you can't see it, you might want to call customer support.

    keep in mind panu has made some great skins for essentials as well if you ever get sick of looking at the same old gray.
