Forum member SteveStrummerUK posted an excellent guide on doing that.

Posting images can be a problem with newer versions of Firefox. I get my best results here using Google Chrome, other use IE or older versions of Firefox.

Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. Open MSPaint. Then paste (Ctrl + V) inside MSPaint. A picture of your screen should appear. You can crop it, edit it or whatever. Then save the paint file as jpg to your desktop or another easy to find spot on your computer. Then upload it to an image host such as photobucket (you need an account to do this and the image host will provide directions on how to upload the pic). Then the image host will provide you with various ways to link it. This forum seems to prefer the IMG code for posting pics.

Hey, Joey, Could you change this title to "How to Post a Screenshot" so people can find the answer when needed?  Thanks.

Joey what you are doing is not working.

It could be that you don't see an image insert icon in your browser.

I use an old version of Firefox that allows this forum to be fully empowered. Its actually a beta version of an old version 3.7.

Once you have a working browser you need to upload your picture to a web host and get a direct link that you can paste into the image dialog when you click it.

    Its not working here either?

    Best
