i need alot of help

You mean you've recorded something and you now want to:

1. Mix down to a stereo 44.1/16 wave file? and
2. Burn this as an audio CD?

No problem:

1. See chapter 11 of your Sonar 4 manaul - there's some 50 pages of good info there!
2. After mix down, use a program like Nero or Roxio to burn to audio CD.

But if you just want to mix down quickly for Step 1 just do File, Export, Audio, though unless you've set up a good mix first don't expect it to sound too brilliant.
