i need help to import .wav

Hi, i have a lot of sample in .wav format that i want to put into my folder of cakewalk 8,5. Can someone tell me how do to this?

    and i want to know if theres a way to transform .wav files into midi file. What i want to do is transform them into instruments that way i could use the piano roll to determine the notes etc...
