iZombies

You know what I mean; those folks who walk around with their heads glued to their phones/mp3 players, oblivious to the world around them.
I got my first cell phone in almost a decade a few days ago and it didn't take me long to become assimilated.
Walking out of work the other night, with my head glued to the phone, reading texts, I ran into a display of T-shirts.

Greg
I am selling my MIM Fender Stratocaster HSS, red and black. PM for more details.

Music Creator 2003, MC Pro 24, SONAR Home Studio 6 XL, SONAR  X3e, CbB, Focusrite Saffire, not enough space.
Everything is better with pie.

Very much so, I got hit by some teenager once doing a U-Turn while texting. So much fail, glad no one got hurt, but the sheer volume of stupidity was overwhelming.

I see the 20 somethings all the time walking around here pretty much tuned out of reality. Nothing wrong with the phone/handheld computer. I use it all the time, but when you're crossing traffic for goodness sakes get your head out of the matrix. Not everyone brakes for the lemmings.

Note that it's also not polite to text while doing a ewe-turn either.

One of my biggest pet peeves is people using their phones to film live concerts. I mean, what do you intend to do with that thing anyway? Upload it on YouTube. Duh!

And who's gonna sit through two hours of unbearable low quality audio and video when yours is only one out of thousand similar videos and the official live DVD is probably coming out w/in a year? In the meantime, you're ruining MY experience...

I know most probably can't even answer the first question. They've seen others do it, that's why they do it.

It irks me even more when an announcement is made at the beginning of the show that filming is not authorized. And the minute the lights go down, you see all those tiny phone screens in the air...

Wouldn't that be cool to see undercover ushers walk around the place and collect all those phones in the air?  Hehe...
