importing files into Rapture or Z3TA + 2

I'm settling into my Cakewalk Platinum and a thought occurred to me that as many presets and 3rd-party sounds as I have on Dimension Pro I'd like to try mangling sounds in my z3ta and Rapture. The z3ta uses .fxb files and .128 files. Where would I find them? And is there a trick to copying Dimension files into Rapture?

Thanks in advance for any clues.

Right-click in the Oscillator display (just below the E1 button) and navigate to the DPro multisamples folder and load the sample or sfz file. Rapture does not support flac files though. Z3TA+ has 6 slots for user files in the Wavetables folder.
