ins File Structure / Possible Improvement

Is there a way to group instruments randomly. Right now it appears you can only do it by 'Bank'. But I might want all of the 'Organs' grouped together. Or, a group called 'Jazz Band' or 'Rock Group'. I wrote a program to preview sounds that does this and it's very convenient.
In the ins file, under the '.Patch Names' the syntax could be ...
[Pianos]
2,13=Analog Piano --> with 2 being 'Bank Select' and 13 being 'Patch Select'
If it can't be done currently, then this is a 'Feature Request'
