insufficient memory note on midi device. Novation- mini, akai mpk mini

I bought the novation mini to replace the akai mini because I got a message that I have insufficient memory (cakewalk notice from preference section) - there is no enough memory available.  guess what same issue.  I don't know if this is a sign or what but doesn't like to play with sonar.  no problems with ableton.

The "out of memory" message is sort of infamous here.  I seem to remember "Run as administrator" helping in some cases.

Is there a driver install for that device?  If so, uninstall then reinstall using "Run as Administrator".

Start Sonar using "Run as Administrator".  Any change?

BTW, it would help in the future if you would list your basic system specs in your sig (See mine as an example).
