isolate midi clip/selection, hide the rest

Hi!
I am a new Sonar Professional user and can't seem to find a simple feature. When i edit the midi clip in piano roll, is there an option somewhere, to only see the selected clip (on the same instrument lane) ?
For example in logic pro, or cubase when you select a clip you can only see the notes of selected clip, all other notes are hidden. This helps to stay within the boundaries of the clip. I find myself getting lost in all the notes in the project, especially since there is a lot of repetition, i can edit a note in the wrong place easily. But unable to google how to hide or gray-out unselected notes.
Does it exist? If not, is there a way i can post a feature request? I think it would be easy to implement and many would use it, surely i am not the only one getting lost. :-D

    I can't seem to find / remember how it is done now. Not at my DAW / studio now.
    Hopefully someone else will chime in.

    I don't know of any particular command...maybe someone else does. Meanwhile, here are two workarounds.
     
    Option 1: Doesn't ghost other notes, but makes it easy to identify the notes in the clip
     
    1. Click on the clip in the track view.
    2. Type Shift+L. This sets a loop around the clip, and when you open the PRV, you can see the loop indicator clearly above the notes you want to edit. (You can also set punch points to accomplish the same visual cue.)
     
    Option 2: Ghosts notes that aren't in the clip you want to edit
     
    1. Click on the track number to select all clips in the track.
    2. Type K. This mutes all the clips.
    3. Click on the clip you want to edit, then type K to unmute.
     
    Any notes not in the clip you selected will be "ghosted," and it's really obvious to see the difference.

    I will use this. I was using loop, but muting clips is great solution. Hope they will add it as a checkbox later on :)
